 Jeffrey R. Guindon, MBA

Jeff is passionate about serving others, getting to know people, and understanding where they’re coming from and where they’re headed. 

Jeff has been involved with wealth management for nearly two decades. He worked at several local investment management firms in positions including Portfolio Manager, Director of Investment Research, and Senior Wealth Advisor. His first career was consulting in the healthcare industry. 

Serving the community to make it a better place is a passion of Jeff’s. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and is Chair of the Impact Investment Committee of the Lancaster County Community Foundation. In the past he served as Chair of the Investment Committee for the Pennsylvania Dutch Council, Boy Scouts of America, the Board President of the Susquehanna Sustainable Business Network, and is the proud Founder and former Chapter Leader of 100 Men Who Care – Lancaster. 

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from James Madison University, and received a Master’s in Business Administration in finance from York College of Pennsylvania.
